Bro. Cabogs in Freiburg

After accomplishing his exposure at the Home for the Elderly in Essen, Bro. Eusebio Cabonegro returned to his community in Freiburg. Such an exposure revitalizes his apostolic and ministerial love and service to the sick as a Camillian religious. Now, back to his community, he is preparing himself for the restart of the theology semester at the university.

Fr. Rolly and Fr. Gabby arrived

Fr. Rolly Fernandez and Fr. Gabby Garcia arrived last October 7 in Germany. They landed in Düsseldorf airport and were accommodated at the Essen Camillian community. Their purpose was to join the organized Filipino pilgrimage to Israel. For many years, it has been Fr. Rolly’s prayerful wish to visit the Holy Land.  It is significant that the wish was granted in the year that he will be celebrating the silver anniversary of his priestly ordination.

As the two Camillians left for Germany, the disastrous aftermath of the strong typhoon in the Philippines was very visible and heartbreaking particularly in their areas of apostolate. Through the initiative of Fr. Dietmar Weber, they hope to gain assistance for the relief and rehabilitation of the typhoon victims in the areas of Camillian ministry.

Fr. Weber left for India

Fr. Dietmar Weber, the Provincial of the German Province, left last October 22 to attend the General Meeting of the Camillian Provincials and Delegates in Bangalore, India.  The meeting will take place from October 26 to 30. He also intended to join the celebration of the silver anniversary of the foundation of the Indian Delegation on October 25.  He is expected to be back in Germany on November 3.
